The program centers on Saperavi Rosé and Crooked Barn Red, a blend of 70% Marquette, 20% Petite Pearl, and 10% St. Croix. Wine tastings, pairings, and slushies share the menu with local cheese and chocolate. Beer from Grist Iron Brewing and hard cider from 1911 Established round out the cellar. Minutes from Keuka Lake State Park. Open daily 10 to 5, June through December.
