The work became a full-time pursuit in 2017. A larger tasting room and production facility opened in 2021. The cellar uses stainless steel tanks only, no oak. The portfolio spans Riesling, Zweigelt, Saperavi, Noiret, Cabernet Franc, Léon Millot, and Chambourcin, including Synthesis 2023, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Noiret, Léon Millot, and Chambourcin in equal parts.
