Azure Hill Winery Inc.

Azure Hill began in 2005 in Hammondsport. Joe and Leslie planted Riesling on the west side in 2006, followed by Zweigelt, Saperavi, and Noiret on the east. The work became a full-time pursuit in 2017. A larger tasting room and production facility opened in 2021. The cellar uses stainless steel tanks only, no oak. The portfolio spans Riesling, Zweigelt, Saperavi, Noiret, Cabernet Franc, Léon Millot, and Chambourcin, including Synthesis 2023, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Noiret, Léon Millot, and Chambourcin in equal parts. The tasting room offers wine flights, wine by the glass or bottle, and artisanal beer flights and pints, with panoramic views of Keuka Lake.
