Ryan Vineyards in Pulteney is a family-owned operation now in its fourth generation, with a grape farm spanning more than fifty years. Wine production arrived in 2025, when the winery opened in May. The program works with six varieties, mixing native and Vinifera grapes to craft both sweet and dry wines. Summer White anchors the current portfolio. Visitors can book a Walking Vineyard Tour on weekends from April through mid-November, Saturday and Sunday, for twenty-five dollars per person. The hour-long walk pairs with optional tastings, charcuterie, or campfire s'mores. A Wine Cocktail Flight of four rounds out the tasting experience.
