Dan Bissell is the winemaker at Keuka Spring Vineyards, which operates locations in Penn Yan and Saratoga Springs. The portfolio includes Classic, Estate, and Winemakers Reserve lines. The Classic Club delivers sixteen bottles annually in four shipments. The Contemporary Club sends twenty-four bottles per year in two shipments. Keuka Spring ships to thirty-seven states. Delaware and Rhode Island require purchase at the winery itself.
