A family operation in Tieschen for over a century, Hatzl grounds itself in agriculture. Marianne bakes traditional farmhouse bread every Friday, a practice spanning around 30 years, using grain from regional partners. The farm shop opens Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm, with extended hours Thursday and Friday, 8am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm.
