Seyfried operates as a Weinhof, Atelier, and Buschenschank in Gleisdorf, in Austria's Vulkanland Steiermark. The program centers on Weissburgunder, Gelber Muskateller, Scheurebe, and Morillon. Weissburgunder has 12.0% alcohol with 1.6 g/l residual sugar and 6.0 g/l acidity. Gelber Muskateller from 2020 holds 12.5% alcohol, 3.1 g/l residual sugar, and 6.3 g/l acidity. Scheurebe has 12.0% alcohol, 1.9 g/l residual sugar, and 5.6 g/l acidity. The house also makes Burgunder-Frizzante S1 at 11.0% alcohol with 12 g/l residual sugar, and Holundrino, a Morillon-based wine with elderberry notes at 12.5% alcohol and 35 g/l residual sugar. A Gelber Muskateller Maischebrand distillate is made at 39% vol.
