About Lang
Lang has worked the volcanic soils of Sankt Stefan im Rosental since 1930. The program centers on white varietals suited to the region. Blütenmuskateller, Souvignier Gris, Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, and Weissburgunder form the backbone of the cellar, alongside a single red, Zweigelt. The house blends Blütenmuskateller and Souvignier Gris into Die Weintraudl, a cuvée that captures the house's approach to the region. Viticulture here is sustainable and nature-oriented. Tastings are available by appointment, and custom gift boxes allow you to assemble your own selection.
