About Domaine de L'Ouche-Gaillard
Domaine de l'Ouche Gaillard is a certified organic winery in the Touraine region of Centre-Val de Loire, producing wines from two main appellations: Montlouis and Touraine. Founded by Gabriele and Régis Dansault in 2008, the domaine practices biodynamic viticulture and natural winemaking with minimal sulfite additions. They produce white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines from varietals including Chenin, Cabernet Franc, Gamay, Côt, and Pineau d'Aunis.
Tasting Experiences
Vineyard and Cave Tour with Tasting
2-hour guided tour of the vineyard and troglodyte caves, followed by a tasting of 5-7 organic wines without added sulfites. Available by reservation for €15 per adult.
