Château Gaudrelle

About Château Gaudrelle

Sixteen hectares of Chenin Blanc vines in Rochecorbon, a short distance from Tours. Emile and Eric Pasquier farm organically and biodynamically, harvesting by hand across plots that include Clos le Vigneau, where a horse still works the rows. The cellar is a troglodyte space carved into stone, where Vouvray takes shape. The house opens Tuesday through Saturday, mornings and afternoons, for tastings and tours.
