Vincent Carême works across the Loire Valley's signature white, red, and sparkling expressions. From Vouvray AOP, the program ranges from bone-dry Sec to lush Moelleux, Brut sparklings, and Plaisir Ancestral. Chenin Blanc anchors the whites. Cabernet Franc, Côt, Gamay, Grolleau, and Cinsault shape the reds. The cellar also produces Fizzy Pink rosé, currently in conversion to organic agriculture, and a parallel project in South Africa with Terre Brûlée 'Le Blanc' and Terre Brûlée 'Le Rouge'. The house produces organic wines. Recent scores include Wine Advocate's 91-100 for the Sec and La revue des vins de France's 90 points for the same wine, while Le Clos earned 95 from Wine Enthusiast in 2015.
