Gaston Dorléans planted the first vines here in 1921. Today, Frédéric and Benjamin Dorléans, the third and fourth generation, tend 26 hectares across the best hillsides of Rochecorbon. The work centers on Chenin Blanc, Vouvray's emblematic varietal, expressed across dry, semi-dry, sweet, and sparkling wines. Tastings and vineyard visits happen in a troglodyte cave, fifteen minutes by car from Tours.
