About Defiance Ridge Vineyards
Defiance Ridge Vineyards sits on 42 acres in Historic Missouri Wine Country, independently owned and operated. The program spans nine varietals, from Chardonnay and Riesling to Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Noir, alongside sparkling and reserve wines. A full-service restaurant and bar anchor the property. Visitors arrive without reservation and can visit any day of the year, enjoying terraces and veranda overlooking the Missouri River Valley. The Mimosa Flight is offered.

Wine Tastings
Sample five non-reserve wines for $10, or add a logo glass for $18. Reserve wine tastings available for $15. Mimosa flights offered for $22.
