The program spans Missouri varietals like Valvin Muscat, Traminette, Vignoles, and Chambourcin alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. The Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from a Lodi vineyard, ages in French oak for 16 months or longer. The Winemaker's Red Blend marries Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Syrah. A full-service restaurant with an executive chef anchors the space. The covered deck and patio overlook countryside. Live music and farmhouse meeting rooms that hold up to 40 people complete the offering.
