Chandler Hill Vineyards stands on historic land once home to Joseph Chandler, a freed man who settled in Defiance in the early 1870s. The winery occupies the site of his original cabin. The wine club offers annual barrel room tastings for four people, complimentary wine flights on Thursdays with food purchases, and discounted access to wine dinners led by the Executive Chef and Sommelier. The kitchen offers fire oven pizza and fish tacos, and the bar stocks an extensive draught beer list.
