About Crafty Chameleon
Crafty Chameleon opened in Ellisville in 2013 as a brewery and pizzeria. Forty-six taps pour house-brewed pilsners, barrel-aged stouts, and kettle sours alongside bourbon, whiskey, and Scotch. The kitchen makes dough, sauces, and dressings from scratch, building wood-fired pizzas, salads, wings, and mac and cheese. Gluten-free pizza, wings, and ciders round out the program. A private room overlooks the original brewery. Outdoor patio seating extends the space.
