About Tabor Winery
Tabor Winery in Eau Claire pours La Crosse, First Bloom, Catawba Applause, Brianna, and Wild Blackberry alongside a Riesling-style Iowa LaCrosse. The 2025 La Crosse and First Bloom each earned Gold at the 2026 Iowa State Fair commercial wine competition. Wild Blackberry took Gold for fruit wines. Catawba Applause and Brianna claimed Silver. The winery opens Thursdays through Saturdays from 11 am to 6 pm, Sundays from Noon to 6 pm. Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The program offers wine slushies, chocolate wine truffles made with Wild Blackberry, and Moore Local cheeses and meat sticks.
