About Olathea Creek Vineyard and Winery
Julia Flaherty and Bryce Flaherty planted their first two acres by hand in May 2019, establishing Olathea Creek Vineyard and Winery in Le Claire, Iowa. The program began production in Fall 2020. Petite Pearl dominates the vineyard at roughly 80% of plantings, with L'Acadie Blanc making up the remaining 20%. The tasting room opens onto a patio overlooking both the vineyard and the Mississippi River. The property sits along the creek and river, with ceremony spaces including a gazebo, arbor, and white bridge.
