Sulzer

About

Claudia and Mathias work the vineyard at Sulzer in Brunn am Gebirge, in Austria's Thermenregion. Every task is done by hand, from planting and pruning to leaf removal and harvest. The program spans ten varietals, Grüner Veltliner through Ruländer, each wine hand-selected for its fruit-forward character. The Neuburger Ried Kaiser Selektion 2025 took Sortensieger at the 2026 THRG competition. The house has won seven gold medals. Wines are available at the on-site sales room at Leopold Gattringer-Straße 57, open Wednesday and Friday 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-13:00. Sales are by the carton, six or twelve bottles, with free combination across the portfolio.
