About Rausch
Rausch began in 2016 with a single leased vineyard in the Heugasse, then formally established in 2018. The program centers on Gemischter Satz, Rheinriesling, Weißburgunder, and Zweigelt. In 2020, the Buschenschank opened, a wine tavern in Brunn am Gebirge. The original house, acquired in May 2023, dates to 1606 as the Halterhaus. The tavern holds 45 indoor seats across two separable rooms and 65 in the garden. Wine is available by the glass or bottle, with discounts on six or more bottles of the white varietals, and delivery reaches Brunn and the surrounding area.
