Silver Creek Winery opened in Center Point in 2024, anchored by winemaker Yanmei Zhang. She holds a graduate degree in Viticulture and Enology from Texas Tech University and brings over a decade of hands-on winemaking experience to the program. The house works exclusively with Texas fruit, currently sourcing from the Texas High Plains and partnering with award-winning growers across the state. Located on TX-27 in historic downtown Center Point, the tasting room opens Thursday through Saturday. Wine club members receive 20%-25% discounts, with shipping available within Texas.
