Sister Creek Vineyards occupies a historic 1885 cotton gin in Sisterdale, Texas, and was founded in 1985. The cellar employs both Bordeaux and Burgundy techniques, aging wine in 60 gallon oak barrels. The winemaking team brings over 100 years of combined experience to a portfolio spanning Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Malbec, and Muscat Canelli. Notable wines include Cotton Gin Red, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon 4-Blend Reserve, available only at the vineyard. The wine club carries no membership or annual fee.
