About Missick Cellars LLC
Chris Missick brings more than a decade of premium winemaking and grape growing from New York's Finger Lakes region to Boerne, Texas Hill Country. The program spans white varietals like Grüner Veltliner, Dry Riesling, Albariño, and Viognier alongside reds including Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, Tannat, and Malbec, with rosé expressions across the portfolio. The 2023 Dry Riesling earned Double Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and Silver at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. Veteran-owned. Weekday private winemaker tastings launched August 17, 2026. Friday and Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm.
