About San Fabiano Calcinaia
San Fabiano Calcinaia began in 1983 on 134 hectares in Toscana, with 16 hectares dedicated to Chianti Classico DOCG. Guido Serio leads the program across a portfolio that spans Chianti Classico Annata and Gran Selezione Cellole, alongside Cerviolo Rosso, Cabernet Sauvignon, Casa Boschino, Cerviolo Bianco, and Vin Santo del Chianti Classico. The estate converted to organic production in 2009 and produces organic extra virgin olive oil. Tastings are available by reservation, with a simple tasting of three IGT wines lasting one hour for €15.00 per person. Villas and apartments furnished in Tuscan style, complete with swimming pool, are available on the property.
