About OENO P Winery
Paris Sigalas returned to Santorini in 1991 to build what became Domaine Sigalas, a winemaking enterprise that grew from his family's cellar work on the island's northern shore. In 2020, he handed management to Ktima Kir-Yianni to pursue something smaller and more experimental. OENO P now operates from his family's old canava overlooking the sea, devoted to refining his vision for Assyrtiko. The main cuvée, Tria Ampelia, blends fruit from three vineyard sites. Akrotiri provides the backbone with a strong maritime feel of salinity and seaweed and intense acidity. Megalochori and Fira complete the blend.
