The program centers on Assyrtiko, Aidani, and Mandilaria, with a portfolio that includes Terrasea, Santorini, Nykteri, Vinsanto, and Mandilaria. Vinsanto, the house's dessert wine, draws from old, self-rooted vines of Assyrtiko and Aidani, carrying Protected Designation of Origin status for Santorini. The wine's lineage traces to the 18th century. The 2026 Vinsanto won Best Wine at Thessaloniki Wine & Spirits Trophy. A tasting room is available.
