About Vassaltis Vineyards
Vassaltis Vineyards is located in Vourvouloú, on Santorini. The program centers on three varietals, Assyrtiko, Aidani, and Mavrotragano, expressed through wines including PetNat, Nassitis, Alcyone, and Vinsanto. A tasting room with outdoor seating is available by reservation. An in-house chef prepares the menu annually using locally-sourced ingredients. Vineyard tours are offered.
Tasting Experiences
Vassaltis Tasting
Four wines paired with four bites, featuring current vintages and rare vinifications with a focus on Assyrtiko and other Vassaltis gems. €40 per person.
Cellar Tour
Intimate cellar tour (maximum 12 people) where guests learn how wines are made and see the facilities, followed by a tasting of four wines in the tasting room. Daily 16:00-17:00. €30 per person.
Lunch & Dinner Degustation
Multi-course tasting menus with wine pairings prepared by the in-house chef using locally-sourced ingredients.
