Marie and Frédéric Chauffray established their estate in 1997 oriented toward organic farming from the start. Biodynamic practice began in 2003, now certified by Biodyvin. Thierry Hasard and Françoise Hasard work across small parcels scattered around Murviel-lès-Montpellier, where sandstone terroir and maritime influence characterize the vineyard.
