About Mas Zenitude

Between Lagamas and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in Languedoc Roussillon, Erik Gabrielson established Mas Zenitude in 2006. The work practices biodynamic farming, manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, and amphora fermentation in clay and stoneware. No filtration. Zero added sulfites. The program belongs to Vinnatur, a natural wine collective. The portfolio spans Syrah and Carignan in Ziggy, pure Grenache Noir in Rockabilly, Rolle in Wild Side, Clairette in Zizanie, and Carignan alone in Vent d'Anges. Guided vineyard visits and tastings are offered.
