About
Founded in 1999, Margarita Vineyards sits alone in the Santa Margarita Ranch AVA, the southernmost vineyard in Paso Robles and just 14 miles from the Pacific. Five distinct soil types cross the property, including the Oyster Ridge block, where white oyster fossils surface in the earth. The Santa Margarita Ranch AVA receives 29 inches of rain annually. The program spans sixteen varietals, from Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir to Viognier and Riesling. SIP Certification marks the house's commitment to sustainable practice.
