About

B & e Vineyard sits on land that has been in the family since 1952, when Doc Elliott started a racing horse operation. The Bello family joined in 1969, bringing alfalfa and hay farming to the property. Now a three-generation operation, the vineyard planted 25 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon on its own root in the 1980s, then added 25 acres of Merlot and 8 acres of other reds for blending. Founded in 1989, the program produces Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, including the 2021 Red Rhythm, 2021 Estate Cabernet, 2021 Estate Merlot, and 2018 Estate Merlot. The working horse and cattle ranch remains active alongside the cellar. The tasting room welcomes visitors and dogs, with vineyard tours and outdoor seating available.
