Spencer Hill Wine operates across two hemispheres with operations in New Zealand and Washington/Oregon. The winery produces four main varietals—Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir—with multiple styles of each, known for exceptional value. Winemakers Jules Randell and Matt Rutherford maintain total control of the winemaking process from fermentation through bottling.
