Twenty acres at 3,500 feet in Warner Springs, North San Diego County. Tony Tiso works with estate-grown grapes through traditional methods. Crush and cellar happen in oak at the vineyard. Visits are by appointment only. The 90-minute tour moves through vineyard, winemaking process, and into the cellar for barrel tastings. The Council Wine Club ships twice yearly and carries a 20% discount across the portfolio.
