About La Serenissima
Twenty acres at 3,500 feet in Warner Springs, North San Diego County. Tony Tiso works with estate-grown grapes through traditional methods. Crush and cellar happen in oak at the vineyard. Visits are by appointment only. The 90-minute tour moves through vineyard, winemaking process, and into the cellar for barrel tastings. The Council Wine Club ships twice yearly and carries a 20% discount across the portfolio.

90-minute immersion into winemaking starting in the vineyards, through the winemaking process, and ending in the cellar where wines are aged in oak barrels, with tastings from the casks.
Barrel Tasting
Join the winemaker in the barrel room to taste wines before they're bottled and gain understanding of the process and progression of wine as it ages.
