Six hectares on the left bank of the Loir, thirty kilometers north of Tours. A dozen parcels, some three centuries old, split evenly between Chenin and Pineau d'Aunis. Certified organic. The work here moves by hand at harvest, then by gravity through the cellar. Vinification without additives. The portfolio spans Le Pressoir de St Pierre and La Désirée in Chenin, Adonis and L'Enchanteresse in Pineau d'Aunis, and La Bueilloise as a pétillant naturel.
