Bravery Winery produces a portfolio spanning Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Vidal Blanc, Cayuga White, Melody, Seyval Blanc, and Pinot Blanc. The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling from the 2771 Reserve Series both undergo 100% barrel fermentation with spontaneous natural ferment and approximately ten months on lees aging. The 2024 Pinot Gris ferments in stainless steel and ages in neutral barrels with no oak present. The 2023 Cabernet Franc blends 85% Cabernet Franc with 15% Merlot. Dresden White combines Vidal Blanc, Cayuga White, Riesling, and Melody. Ripple Effect 2024 Bubbly Melody draws from Melody with Seyval Blanc and Pinot Blanc characteristics. The tasting room is located at 88 Main Street, Dresden, NY 14441, open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
