Thomas Gritsch joined the family business in 2000, trading engineering for winemaking in Spitz in the Wachau. Loess soils and mild Pannonian climate define the vineyard. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Gelber Muskateller, Weissburgunder, Muskateller, and Blauer Zweigelt. The Heuriger serves regional and homemade specialties alongside the wines.
