About Schneeweis
Florian Schneeweis works vineyard parcels across Setzberg, Trenning, and Burgberg, reaching elevations up to 450 meters in the Wachau. Hand-harvested grapes feed the cellar's program of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and Neuburger, alongside a Frizzante. The vineyard eschews synthetic fertilizer, building soil instead with regional compost. Member of Vinea Wachau. Wine coolers occupy three locations within the Spitzer terraces. Tastings run from thirty minutes to two hours, accommodating six to twenty persons. Open for direct sales on weekends and holidays.

Weinverkostung (Wine Tasting)
Customized wine tastings in the cellar or vineyards, lasting 30 minutes to 2 hours, for groups of 6-20 people. Can include vineyard walks and food pairings upon request.
