This tiny 1.5-acre Auckland vineyard spent two years hunting for the perfect spot, and they found it on a volcanic slope in Matakana where Cabernet Franc absolutely sings. Winemaker Toby Gillman knows every single vine personally, doing almost everything by hand to coax out wines with serious character.
