Four Sisters Winery sits on 23 acres in Belvidere, established in 1984. The program spans French-American hybrids and native varietals, from Concord and Niagara to Chambourcin, Corot Noir, and Leon Millot. The portfolio moves between sweet and dry. Beaver Creek Red draws Concord grapes into 11% ABV softness. Crimson carries warm spice, cinnamon and clove. On the dry side, Proprietor's White blends La Crescent and Seyval Blanc. Papa's Red leans on Baco Noir. Proprietor's Red, full-bodied, marries estate Corot Noir and Leon Millot. The tasting room serves food. The house hosts grape stomping, murder mystery events, and private gatherings up to 250 guests.
