Don Andreas completed Northampton Community College's Wine Specialist program in July 2019, the same month he founded Clever Girl Winery. His amateur winemaking credentials include four medals from Winemaker Magazine's International Amateur Wine Making Competition, one Gold, one Silver, and two Bronze. The winery produces Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Concord, Cayuga, Seyval, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Chambourcin. Rizzo, a medium/full bodied Merlot at 14.2% ABV, is priced at $25. Mona, an unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon, is $22. Paris, the winemaker's favorite soft white blend, is $20. The original Bangor location closed at the end of July 2024. A new tasting room opened in downtown Easton, Pennsylvania in August 2024. Case discounts apply, 10% for twelve bottles and 5% for six to eleven.
