About Brook Hollow Winery
Brook Hollow Winery in Columbia, New Jersey offers guided tastings daily at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm without reservation. The outdoor tent accommodates up to 50 guests and is available Saturdays and Sundays from May through September, with ten six-foot folding tables, fifty folding chairs, lawn games, and five hours of use between noon and five.

Guided Wine Tastings
Available 7 days a week during regular business hours (1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm). Seated experience with 8 preselected 1-ounce samples poured and explained by knowledgeable wine servers. $20 per person.
Premium Wine Tastings
Available Saturdays only by reservation. Guided tasting of premium wines not on regular menu, predominantly drier selections, paired with personal charcuterie board in private tank room. 1+ hour experience. $40 per person.
Wine Flights
Available 7 days a week, no reservations required. Choose 4 - 2 ounce samples from any wines on the wine list, served on wooden numbered boards. $17 per person.
Table Reservations
Wooden tables for groups up to 8 people on covered porch area for 3 hour time frame. Available Friday through Sunday, May through September.
Outdoor Tent Space Rental
30' x 50' frame tent for groups up to 50 people, available Saturdays and Sundays May through September. Includes tables, chairs, lawn games, and 5 hour rental.
