About Easton Wine Project

Easton Wine Project opened in 2017 as Easton's first known urban winery, housed in the Historic Simon Silk Mill. The program centers on hand-crafted wines, much sourced from local vineyards. Beyond wine, the cellar stocks craft beers and local spirits. A mobile wine bar called Wine Wagon extends the work into the community for events. Happy hour pricing runs 4pm to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
