The cellar ferments with indigenous yeasts and ages on lees in underground vats for several years. The tasting room opens Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00, and the house offers vineyard experiences including Sommelières, Vendanges en famille, and Millésimés en Muscadet.
