About Domaine Bonnet-Huteau
La Chapelle-Heulin sits at the center of the Sèvre & Maine appellation, where Domaine Bonnet-Huteau has been family land for more than 150 years. Jean-Jacques Bonnet and Vincent Pineau established the domaine in 2005, converting to biodynamic farming that same year. Biodyvin certification followed. The program centers on Melon de Bourgogne, bottled as Muscadet and Muscadet Sèvre & Maine alongside sparkling wines. Some wines rest in 700-liter terracotta ovoid tanks. The tasting room opens Monday to Friday 9 am to 12.30 pm and 2 to 6 pm, Saturday 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
