The work centers on Melon de Bourgogne, vinified on lees with whole bunches harvested by hand. The portfolio spans Amphibolite, La Louvetrie, Les Houx, Le Clos la Carizière, Le Fief du Breil, La Haute Tradition, Melonix, Atmosphères, Strike, Wesh Gros, La Rosée, and Grains de Raisins.
