Dowsett Family Winery

About

Dowsett Family Winery began in Walla Walla in 1980, when the Dowsett family entered the wine business. Chris Dowsett was fifteen when his family purchased a vineyard on David Hill in Oregon's Willamette Valley, then expanded it from twelve to twenty-six acres. Today, under Chris Dowsett's direction as winemaker, the program centers on Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, and Rosé. The portfolio includes Blanc de Noirs, Two Magpies Red Blend, Georgia Rose, and two expressions of Gewurztraminer sourced from Celilo Vineyard and Columbia Gorge.
