Lacewing Cellars

About

Leonard and Beth Law founded Lacewing Cellars in 2018, the same year Leonard graduated from Walla Walla Community College's Enology and Viticulture program. Beth earned degrees in Enology and Viticulture and Accounting and Bookkeeping by 2021. The house draws fruit from Fool's Prairie Vineyard in the Colville River Valley north of Spokane, planted at two thousand feet elevation just north of 48 degrees latitude. The first two acres, planted in 2018, grow cold-hardy vines typically used for sparkling wines. The program also produces Scruffy Head wines.
