About Domaine Michelot

Seven generations of the Mestre family have shaped Domaine Michelot in Meursault. Nicolas Mestre, the seventh generation, works alongside his father Jean-François to tend 17 hectares spread across Meursault, Santenay, and Puligny-Montrachet. The program centers on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, including Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes. Since 2017, the cellar has experimented with stoneware eggs for vinification, followed by 220-liter glass Wineglobes introduced in 2019.
