Domaine Arnaud Ente

About Domaine Arnaud Ente

Arnaud Ente, grandson of a vintner, and Pierre shape the work at this four-hectare domaine in Meursault. Pierre trained in viticulture and oenology. The vineyard employs Guyot-Poussard pruning and cultivates cover crops between the rows, fava beans, peas, vetch, spelt, oats, and bluegrass. Since 2017, the domaine has used Wineglobe containers for vinification and aging. By 2023, all white wines and the aging of red wines moved entirely into these vessels.
