About Domaine Matrot
Domaine Matrot has worked Meursault's slopes since 1835, now six generations deep. Adèle and Elsa Matrot shape the program today, having joined in 2010 and 2008 respectively. The domaine tends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir across vineyards converted to reasoned viticulture by 2000, with a Maranges Village parcel added in 2012. Aging happens in 228-liter oak barrels for eleven to eighteen months.
