Domaine Fabien Coche began in 1940 as Coche-Bizouard, now operating across 12 hectares scattered through Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin, and Puligny-Montrachet. Fabien Coche steers the program, which produces both white and red wines. The domaine converted to organic farming with the 2017 vintage and received certification in 2023. Visits to the tasting room and vineyards are available Monday to Friday by appointment, limited to groups of eight.
